7. Esther, Sonny and Brock to receive benefit of Residual Estate

7.1 My Executor shall divide the Residual Estate into one or more equal sections, subsections and
sub-subsections and hold same on trust in accordance with:
a) My Executor’s discretionary powers provided in the Discretionary Powers Schedule;
b) The provisions of this clause;
c) The provisions of the Adjustment of Aggregate Wealth Schedule;
d) The terms of trust provided in the BCTT Terms Schedule;
e) The terms of trust provided in the All Protective Needs Schedule.

My Spouse and my Children to be Primary Beneficiaries
My Executor shall hold one equal section of the Residual Estate on trust to be divided equally
as follows:

a) 1 section to my spouse ESTHER ANNE JONES ("Esther");

b) 1 section to my children SONNY IVOR JONES ("Sonny") and BROCK MICHAEL JONES
("Brock") who survive me and attain the age of 25 years and if more than one in equal
shares as tenants.
7.2 If any of Esther, Sonny and Brock do not survive me to become a Primary Beneficiary of a trust

under this clause, the clause entitled “Distributions in Lieu” shall apply to the equal section
that would otherwise have been held on trust with those persons as Primary Beneficiaries.
8. All Needs Protective Trust for Sonny and Brock

8.1 This clause shall be subject to the provisions of the Adjustment of Aggregate Wealth Schedule
and the ANPT Principal Beneficiary shall be included as a Sharing Beneficiary for the purposes
of that Schedule.

8.2 If any of Sonny and Brock (“the ANPT Principal Beneficiary”) survives me by 30 days, My
Executor shall hold one equal section of the Residual Estate given in clause 7.1 (which shall
comprise the “ANPT Fund”) on trust for the ANPT Principal Beneficiary in accordance with the
provisions of the All Needs Protective Trust Terms Schedule until they attain the age of twenty-
five (25) years old.
8.3 If the ANPT Principal Beneficiary does not survive me by 30 days, this clause shall lapse and

the amount that would have otherwise comprised the ANPT Fund shall be dealt with in
accordance with the succeeding clauses of this Will.

At the end of the ANPT Term
8.4 If the ANPT Principal Beneficiary survives me by 30 days, then at the end of the ANPT Term (as
defined in the All Needs Protective Trust Terms Schedule), My Executor shall divide the
remaining net income and capital of the ANPT Fund (“the Remaining ANPT Amount”) into one
or more equal sections and hold same on trust, subject to the terms of trust provided in the
BCTT Terms Schedule.
