THE MAIN PROVISIONS OF MY WILL

This is the last Will and testament of me GARY DAVID JONES of 279 Coal Point Road, Coal Point NSW
2283.

INTRODUCTION

1. Revocation and Declaration

I hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions previously made by me and
declare this to be my last Will and testament.

ADMINISTRATION OF MY ESTATE

2. Appointment of Executors and Trustees

2.1 I hereby appoint my spouse ESTHER ANNE JONES (otherwise known as ESTHER ANNE SCOTT
and referred to as ESTHER ANNE JONES in the remainder of the Will) of 279 Coal Point Road,
Coal Point NSW 2283 as My Executor and trustee of My Estate.

2.2 If my spouse ESTHER ANNE JONES predeceases me or is unable or unwilling to act or continue
to act as My Executor, I hereby appoint MICHAEL IAN JONES of 77 Coal Point Road, Coal Point
NSW 2283 and AMIE LOUISE WARD of 3 Amber Grove, Bolwarra Heights NSW 2320 in her
place.

2.3 If my spouse ESTHER ANNE JONES predeceases me I appoint MICHAEL IAN JONES and KATIE
LEIGH JONES as testamentary guardians of my minor children.
2.4 The term “My Executor” means the executor or executors of my Will for the time being.

2.5 I draw my Executor’s attention to the provisions of the Administration of Related Entities
Schedule.

3. Ongoing Trustees

My Executor shall be the initial trustee or trustees of every trust established by my Will, unless
my Will provides otherwise in relation to a particular trust or trusts.
4. Provision of Advice

It is my strong wish that, without binding any party, My Executor obtains and considers the
advice from an appropriately qualified and experienced person in financial and investment
planning, in making investment decisions when administering My Estate.
