10. Theft of customer, employee, or store property including items found on store premises.
11. Theft, dishonesty, or mishandling of store funds. Failure to follow cash, guest check, or credit card processing procedures.
12. Refusal to follow a supervisor or General Manager’s instructions. Insubordination of request made by a supervisor or General Manager on duty.
13. Engaging in harassment or discrimination of any kind toward another employee or customer.
14. Use, distribution, or possession of illegal drugs or alcohol on store property or being under the influence of these substances when reporting to work or during work hours.
15. Waste or destruction of store property.
16. Disclosing confidential information including policies, procedures, recipes, manuals,
or any propriety information to anyone outside the store.
17. Rude or improper behavior with customers.
18. Smoking or eating in unapproved areas or during unauthorized breaks.
19. Failure to report safety hazards, equipment defects, accidents, or injuries
immediately to management.
20. Accepting or encouraging tips from customers, either directly or by use of a “tip jar.”
21. Conviction of a felony offense.
22. Bare hand contact with ready to eat food.
23. Unauthorized consumption of product.
24. Ringing up own purchase.
25. Making own food.
26. Making food without a ticket.
27. Slander of any kind in regards to honeygrow, its employees, or affiliates.
28. Falsifying any Company report, record or document.
29. Lying or dishonesty.
30. Leaving the building or Company funds unsecure or unattended
31. Not punching in or out
32. Possessing or use of weapons of any kind on Company property.
33. Any act deemed to be contrary to the interests of honeygrow or that could cause
disruption or discredit to the Company.
34. Failure to perform job responsibilities in a satisfactory manner.
35. Failure to comply with the Company attendance policy.
36. Not parking in employee designated parking area.
37. Not entering and exiting the store through approved entrance.
38. Unauthorized operation, repair, or attempt to repair machines, tools or equipment.
39. Eating or drinking outside of a designated area, including kitchen area and prep area.
40. Wearing hg uniform while not on the clock.
41. Violation of any honeygrow policy or procedure.
