     1.          Toilets                                -    Dual flush toilets are installed
                                                        -    Handles solid and liquid waste differently

     2.          Taps                                   -    Water saving aerators are installed to reduce the flow
                                                             to 2l/min
     3.          Low flow urinals                       -    Installed to reduce flow to 0.5/flush


     4.          Grey water collection tank             -    Sewer system must overflowed by greywater tanks.
                                                             Therefore, a drain is needed.
                                                        -    The tank is opaque to minimize warming potential and
                                                             growth of algae
                                                        -    Equipped with screened air vent to prevent harmful
                                                             gas.


     5.          Greywater treatment                    -    Oil and grease trap included in pretreatment
                                                        -    Pretreatment include mesh screen to remove hair,
                                                             soap and other particles.
                                                        -    All metal components are made of stainless steel to
                                                             protect against corrosion
                                                        -    All parts firmly installed
     6.          Pumps                                  -    Corrosion resistant to pump the appropriate head to

     8.          Controls                               -    A control unit incorporated to ensure effectiveness of
                                                             the systems

     9.          Sludge holding tank                    -    To avoid septicity, an aerator is supplied to the sludge
                                                             holding tank.

     10.         Drainage, bypass and overflow          -    The overflow includes avoidance of backflow.
                                                        -    Overflow and bypass connected to foul drain
                                                        -    All tanks fitted with overflow to allow discharge of
                                                             water.
