Water demand depends on:

 Type of building & its function
 Number of occupants, permanent or

transitional

 Requirement for fire protection systems
 Landscape & water feature

To installed the storage tank

 Watertight, adequate strength, and manufactured from plastic,
galvanized steel and copper.

 Site at a height that will provide sufficient head and discharge of water

to the fitting supplied.
 Placed in a position where it can be readily inspected and cleansed.

 Fitted with an efficient overflow pipe.
