WELCOME to the Design Technology Department A Level Portfolios 2017.
It has been an excellent year in the DT Studios. The design students have yet again produced a wide
variety of solutions to their design briefs and presented their work to the highest standard.
The Sixth Form Design Studio has been set up like a professional consultancy and the students have fully
used the creative space in the ‘Blue Sky’ thinking room, utilised their own dedicated 3D printer and
scanner in the computer suite and produced a wide range of prototypes and models in the fully fitted out
workshop environment.
