Bark To Boot

My A2 product is a set of steps which allows an old, injured or lazy pet canine to get into an owner’s car

boot easily. The steps are named Bark To Boot and can be folded away for transport due to its pivoting

function. The device has been designed to fit along side a canine inside the car boot and has an aesthetic

appeal due to its paw design on the rubber sections. These sections help the dog gain good grip, so

reducing the risk of slips and falls which can cause injuries and large vet bills. The colour scheme is in a
modern style with the shades of blue becoming lighter the closer the step is to the top. In the current

market the steps are unmatched due to its ability to fold away and be deployed when ever needed. Its

shape and style are cutting edge and no other current product has such a striking look. The steps are also a

completely new design as the dog user cannot see in between the steps which is the current problem with

steps. My design has polypropylene parts which block the dogs view and so the dog uses them just as they

would at home using stairs.
