In order to support my application to study Geography at University, I chose to reconsider and improve

the field equipment used in geographical field studies as my A2 DT project. It mostly involved simplifying

parts such as anemometers, gradometers, flow meters and soil augers and to combine them together to

make collecting data more effective and reduce the number and volume of varying parts which are

transported to and carried around study sites. Studying DT at A level gave a different perspective and
creative critical edge which others may not have despite it not being my main subject.
