Homegoing services for Mr. Kirk Douglas Bullock, who passed away on August 26, 2015, will be held Satur- day, September 2, 2015, at 3 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St. with Rev. Bill Blankenship of Bradenton Gospel Taberna- cle, Officiating. The inter- ment will remain private.
Mr. Kirk Douglas Bullock was born March 18, 1951, in New York City, NY, to the late Dorothy Bullock and James T. Garett.
Kirk Bullock moved to Tampa in the late 80s, and graduated from T.T.I. and opened his own CDL Driving School, which had 1st Class CDL Training.
He was preceded in death by: his father, James T. Garett; mother, Dorothy Bul- lock; sister, Yvonne Parker; and step-son, Keith Cook, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Era Sanders Bullock; sons, Kirk Simmons and Kash Thomas; daughters, Kisha Singleton, Artillia Samson and Candice Bullock; grandchildren, Melvin Frost, Jaden Lloyd, Kamron Simmons Francecia Simmons, Sade Lopez and Charli McKenzic Simmons Harvey; sister, Lorraine Lloyd McCoy; nieces, Tammy Beckles and Lisa Lloyd; nephew, Herbie Garrett; very special cousins, Margie Gar- rett, Geraldine Randolph, Lamaunt Garrett, and Bar- bara Garrett; step-daughter, Keisha Cook; step-grandkids, Aireonnya Cook and Tarvarez Thomas, Jr.; mother-in-law, Sarah Wilson; brothers-in- law, Wayne L. Mr. Magwood attended Hillsborough County Schools. He loved his family and job with Public Works.
Mr. Magwood was pre- ceded in death by: his father, Mr. Newman Magwood; and grandparents, Mr. Garret and Maude Chisolm.
He leaves to cherish his memories four children: two devoted, loving daughters, Myia Magwood and Ericka Duff; two faithful sons, Ronald Duff and Derrick Magwood; six caring grandchildren, Der- rick Magwood, Jr., Derin Mag- wood, Deliah Magwood, Datrick Magwood, Javon Mag- wood, Jaheim Johnson, and Jaquan Magwood; a devoted, loving mother, Ruth Mag- wood; three loving sisters, Vernette Ellis, Sandra Mag- wood and Linda Ray; three caring brothers, Anthony Magwood, Jerome Magwood and Henry Robinson; a de- voted aunt, Albertis Williams; a special friend, Elizabeth Hill Booker; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.

Funeral service for Ms. Shelia D. Upshaw, who passed away on Sunday Au- gust 30, 2015, will be held on Saturday September 5, 2015, at 1 p. m. at Exciting Central Tampa Baptist Church, 2923 N. Tampa Street, Tampa, Rev. Jeffery Singletary, senior pas- tor, with Minister Brenda Allen, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her baby brother, Robert Lee Upshaw, Jr.; eldest sister, Eloise Upshaw Lewis; and grandparents, Zack and Eve- lyn McCall-Miller, Goatis and Ida Wiley-Upshaw.
Cherishing her legacy will be: her 2 sons she declared to be her Valiant Soldiers, Rashad Upshaw (Shakira), and Carlos Upshaw; and her twin daughters whom she de- clared to be Anointed Dia- monds, Zaria and Shacaria Upshaw.
Her lines have fallen in pleasant places as exempli- fied by: her 4 uniquely gifted grandchildren, Azalea Up- shaw, Zion Upshaw, Elijah and Isaiah Upshaw.
Celebrating the life and love of their very precious treasure, are: devoted par- ents, Robert Lee and Rosa M. Upshaw; 4 sisters bonded in fervor and support, Roberta Upshaw-Jones (Kenneth, Sr.), Carolyn and Priscilla Up- shaw, and Paulette Upshaw- Wells (Tyrone); a host of blessed aunts and uncles, 7 di- vine nieces, Carlette Allen, Yuclemia Hayes-Ware (War- ren), Olga Jones, Shamira Lewis, Brittany Lewis, Shabrynae McDuffie, and Shqurria Walker; 4 dedicated nephews, Kenneth Jones, Jr.
(Kimberly), John Brown, Alonzo Lewis, III and Lawrence Lewis, Sr.; 2 great nieces, Carje Williams and Jashira Williams; great- nephew, Lawrence Lewis, Jr.; brother-in-law, Alonzo Lewis, Jr.; father of her prize posses- sions, Eric Small; and several close friends; 6 godchildren; and a host of other cousins, friends and family.
Sheila Upshaw was born in Tampa, to the parentage of Robert Lee and Rosa Mae Up- shaw on the 21st day of No- vember in the year of 1966.
She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Chamberlain High School, Class of 1984. Her thirst for advancement was satisfied at Hillsborough Community College and the University of Phoenix, where she studied Business Administration.
Shelia was a former em- ployee with TECO, Depart- ment of Corrections, Phar-America, Hillsborough County Schools at Potter Ele- mentary to Walton Academy of Performing Arts, then fur- ther defining the strength of her degree with Coca-Cola Enterprises. Shelia even be- came a Care Giver for chil- dren with Autism.
Shelia accepted Christ, at an early age at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church.
From her youth, Sheila sang in many choirs. She was an active and faithful member Grace Mary where she served in Usher’s Ministry, a lead singer in the Majestic Adult Mass Choir, a faithful partici- pant in Sunday School and Baptist Training Union (BTU), a faithful teacher in Vacation Bible School, active member of the Progressive M.E. Convention. She en- joyed attending Bible Study with her church family. She- lia enjoyed her gifts in singing and performed with numer- ous choirs and professional artists.
There will be a viewing on Friday, September 4, 2015, from 5-8 p. m. with the family present at 6 p. m. at Grace Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 3901 N. 37th Street, Tampa.
Friends are asked to as- semble at the church on Sat- urday at approximately 12:45 p. m. for the service.
