BISHOP ARTHUR L. ROBINSON
Bishop Arthur L. Robinson, age 84, of Tampa, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2015. A wake will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015, from 5-7 p. m. at Light of the World Deliverance, 4701 N. 15th Street, Tampa, FL.
The Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015, at 10 a. m. at Greater Refuge Temple, 1258 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Lake- land, FL.

MR. ROBERT L. BLASHER, SR.
Mr. Robert L. Blasher, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, September 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Beulah Baptist Institu- tional Church, 1006 W. Cy- press Street, Reverend Dr. W. James Favorite, Pastor with Pastor with Reverend Rayford Harper, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Blasher was a native of Henderson, Georgia and a res- ident of Tampa for 40 years. He was educated by the Public Schools of Houston County and Hillsborough County. Mr. Blasher was employed as a Su- pervisor/Truck Driver until re- tirement.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and de- voted wife, Jacqueline Blasher; three sons, Cedric Allen, Robert Blasher, Jr. (Tiffany), and Ryan Blasher (Lisette); daughter, Pamela Blasher; his mother, Katie Blasher; father, Jack McGhee (Georgia Mae); two brothers, Terry McGhee and Michael McGhee (Michelle); sister, Jacqueline Garcia (Elvis); two aunts, Johnnie Mae Joiner (Adell) and Ella Dunn (Arthur); mother-in-law, Queen Wilson; sister-in-law, Linda Hines (Michael); three brothers-in- law, Donald Wilson (Delia), Otis Wilson (Shirley), and Michael Wilson; 10 grand- children, Tiesha, Treasure, Andrade, Preese, Olivia, Liasia, Cornelius, Ryan, Jr., Lariyah, and Zyeir; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Friday, Septem- ber 18 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m.

MR. MELVIN JEROME GOUSE
Mr. Melvin Jerome Gouse of Tampa, passed away Monday, September 14, 2015. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, September 19, at 4:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Elder Robert Jones, offici- ating. Mr. Gouse was a native of South Bay, Florida and was raised in Hacketts Town, NJ and Haines City, Florida. He was a resident of Tampa for 58 years and graduated from Oak- land High School, Haines City, Florida. Mr. Gouse was em- ployed as a Head Chef for over 40 years at Morrison Cafeteria.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a very devoted daughter, Angeline Johnson (Raleigh); three sisters, Mary McNeel, Hazel Jones (Robert) and Kerry Sapp; two brothers, Johnnie and Gregory; god- brother, Benjamin Washing- ton (Hazel); nieces, Taralisa Jackson, Theresa Shields, Carla McNeel, Felicia Jackson and Craigshawndra McCauley; nephews, Anthony Thompkins, Arthur Williams, Jr. and Tren- ton Lister of Seattle, WA; adopted daughters, Mary Franklin and Laura Bowles; adopted son, Willie Anderson, Jr. (Patricia); grandchildren, Alessa, Marie (Francisco), She- meeka (Tim), Shari (Gino), Raleigh, III, Jamil (Ronetta), Kiyonne, Alicia (Hayden); 14 great grandchildren; longtime and devoted friends, Bernard Clark (Peaches), Robert Miller (Shirley), John Glenn (Ernes- tine), Floyd Williams and Jerome Sapp; devoted god- daughter, Carla A. Miller "Sam"; and a host of cousins, great nieces and nephews, friends to include his church family at All Souls Crossroads, Pastor P. Thomas.

MR. LOVIE LEE HENDERSON
Mr. Lovie Lee Henderson of Tampa passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015. A Grave- side service will be conducted Monday, September 21 at 11:00 a.m. at The Florida National Cemetery Bushnell Florida. Interment will follow.
Lovie Lee Henderson was born on February 5, 1935 in Dothan, Alabama to the late Henry Henderson and Estellar Butts Henderson. He moved to Tampa, FL at an early age and was a resident of Tampa for 70 years. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and served two tours in Vietnam and retired as a Chief Warrant officer 3 from the United States Army. He also retired from the United States Postal Service.
He was preceded in death by: father, Henry Henderson; mother, Estellar Henderson; brother, Willie Jack Hender- son; and sister, Debra John- son.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: wife, Delores B. Henderson; daughters, Michele Henderson Welch, Tonya Jemison, Tatiana Harris and Aayana Harris; grand- daughter, Sharisa (Willie) Smith; great grandchildren, Danisia, Destinee, Dwayne Thompson and Jordyn Smith; brothers-in-law, Emanuel (Fe- licia) Broadnex, and Carl (Na- talie) Broadnex; sisters-in-law, Shirley (Richard) Binion of An- chorage, Alaska, devoted sis- ter-in-law, Belinda Broadnex Harvey; nephews, Willie Hen- derson, Antonio (Missy) John- son, and Andrae Johnson; nieces, Shantae Brewster (Kent James), and Latasha Johnson; cousins, John Butts, Robbie Price, Lutricia Ward and Dorothy Allen; special friends, Betty Dukes White, the Miles family, the Oglesby fam- ily, the Williams family, Bar- bara Heflin, and Arthur McCarr.
