His/Her Trials
God, You are our refuse and strength a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You have invited us to come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16). I come before Your throne and ask for grace for my husband. Strengthen his heart for this battle and give him patience to what on You (Psalm 27:1-4). Build him up so that no matter what happens he will be able to stand strong through it. Help him to be always rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, contin- uing steadfastly in prayer (Romans 12:12). Give him endurance to run the race and not give up, for You have said that a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again (Proverbs 24:16).
You, who have shown me great and severe troubles, shall revive me again and bring me up again from the depths of the earth. You shall increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side. PSALM 71:20-21
Lord I pray that in the midst of trials my husband will look to You to be his refuse until these calamities have passed by (Psalm 57:1). May he learn to wait on You because those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like ea- gles, they shall run and not
be weary, they shall walk and
not faint (Isaiah 40:31). I
pray that he will find his
strength in You and as he
cries out to You, You will
hear him and save him out of
all his troubles (Psalm 34:6).
Teach him to cast his bur-
dens on You and let You sus-
tain him through everything
that is happening in his life.
As for me, I will call upon God, and he LORD shall save me. Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, and He shall hear my voice. He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle what was against me. PSALM 55:16-18
SMALLab Experience Opens At The Glazer Children’s Museum
The Glazer Children’s Museum is merging innovation and ed- ucation with the opening of their brand new, interactive experience, SMALLab. SMALLab, which stands for Situated Multimedia Arts Learning Lab, opened on Sunday, April 3. It is the first of its kind in a U. S. children’s museum.
The Museum is located at 110 W. Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa.
SMALLab is an embodied learning environment where every learner is up, moving, and collaborating with peers.
During each SMALLab experience, museum guests can work to- gether to solve puzzles, create stories and character plots, learn about the world, and paint digital masterpieces.
“To be the first Children’s Museum in the nation to pioneer this technology means that our region gets the best educational tools for kids today so they can be prepared as critical thinkers for tomorrow,” Jennifer Stancil, President and CEO of the Museum said.
Patrons will be able to participate and interact with the newest ex- perience, every Saturday and Sunday free with museum admission at posted times.
In addition, SMALLab will be available as a field trip enhance- ment during the summer months and upcoming school year for all group field trips.
The SMALLab experience accommodates a maximum of 26 stu- dents and 3 chaperones. Each educational scenario is 45 minutes in length and includes a SMALLab Educator to facilitate.
This innovative, motion-capture technology is proven to increase student learning by 86%, and yield a 7x increase in student-centered discussions. To learn more about SMALLab visit GlazerSMALLab.org.
