Ms. Belinda Evette Hills, “Big Girl,” age 46 of Tampa, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016, in a local hospital.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 11 a. m. at New Greater Friend- ship Missionary Baptist Church, 3325 E. Emma Street, Tampa, FL, with Rev. Ronnie Murray, Sr. offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Ms. Hills was preceded in death by: her maternal grandfa- ther, Fred Crenshaw; paternal grandmother, Willie Brock; aunts, Roberta Williams and Archia Wright; uncles, Marshall McKinney, Robert Britt, Arthur McCray, William Dudley and Robert Williams.
Ms. Hills leaves to cherish pre- cious memories of her with: daughters, Dirhonda Hills, Jaishia Dixson, Jamarel Dixson; son, Jaquarius Pickens; grand- daughter, Aniira Burnette; par- ents, Alfonso and Linda Brock; paternal grandfather, James Brock, Sr.; maternal grand- mother, Annie Walker; sisters, Hope Walker (Keith), Lafonda Walker, Altonsa Hills, Walkeeler Williams and Rhonda Hills (Roland); brothers, Eric Walker, Walter Holmes, IV, Napoleon House, Jr. (Courtney), and John Williams; uncles, Robert Wright, William Henry (Hattie), James Brock, Jr., Frank Walker, De- wayne Walker and Donald Walker (Michelle); aunts, Willie Gray, Maeonie Taylor, Ruth Thomas, Ellawese Colston, Clara Paramore, Vornice Spires, April Walker and Joyce Ward; nieces, Patricia Williams (Tony), Ta’kea Hills, Ka’Tea Hills (Chris), Jakela Brown, Shakela Brown, Erica Walker, Ronaria Hills, Junya and Janea Williams, Tylina and Lyrie Levy and Namiyah House; nephews, Darryl Jones, Jr., Anto- nio Walker, Derrick Jones, Al- fonso Wilson, Ronnell Hills, Walter Holmes, V, Linden Hills and John Williams, Jr.; great nieces, Aviyanna, Zaiyanna, Jakiah, Kateria and Janiyah; great nephews, Takese, Takevis, Tony, Lavon, Kaiden and Chrishawn; special cousins, Alonzo, Terry, Tonya, Robbie, Bianca and a host of family, god sisters, friends and other rela- tives.
Ms. Hills was born on July 9, 1970 in Tampa, Florida. Belinda attended Hillsborough County Public Schools and graduated from Tampa Bay Vo-Tech class of 1988. Belinda was an Ordained Evangelist and she received her Prophetic Certificate on March 14, 2015. “Big Girl” had a very kind and giving heart, she thrived on family being close. She loved peo- ple and loved to make everyone laugh.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, September 23, 2016, from 5 – 8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church at approximately 10:45 a. m. on Saturday for the service.

Grandma, your love was unconditional and you gave equally of your heart. You did not ask for much, but you gave a lot. When you left us we bowed our heads and picked up our heavy hearts and remembered what you taught us about love from the start.
