Some members of GS9 may be joining Bobby Shmurda behind bars. Alex “A-Rod” Crandon and Rashid “Rasha” Derissant who were arrested along with the “Hot Ni**a” MC in 2014, have been found guilty in the murder case pertaining to a 19-year-old rival gang member in Brooklyn.
The developments do not af- fect Shmurda (real name Ack- quille Pollard), who is still awaiting trial for his arrest for weapon and drug charges and conspiracy. He’s been incarcer- ated since 2014.
“Mr. Pollard was not pres- ent for or involved with any of the allegations in this case,” his attorney Alex Spiro told the FADER.

In terms of landing his first leading role in a major film, Usher said, “It seems like this is a real passion project. It’s a film that everybody is so in- vested in, and I have the good fortune of having the character I’m playing still around.”
