‘LAMP OF KNOWLEDGE’ PRESENTED TO LOCAL FRATERNITY
The Robert W. Saunders Library Foundation and the Robert W. Saunders Library presented its Black History Experience ‘Lamp of Knowledge’ Award to the Pi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The presentation was Monday evening, November 7, 2016, at the Saunders Library. The presentation was a part of the Chapter’s Achievement Week celebration, which included ob- serving its 50th Anniversary. Fraternity members who were present to receive the award were: front row, seated: Brothers James Green, Jr., Carl Crowell, Norman Campbell, Albert Lee, Jr., Basileus; Fred Hearns, Wendell Duggins, Keeper of Finance, and Atty. Carl Hayes, Immediate Past Basileus.
