MR. ROBERT LEE PHILON, JR.
Home going services for Mr. Robert Lee Philon, Jr. will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 11 a. m. at the New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral, 5015 N. 17th Street Tampa, with Bishop Willard L. Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery, Tampa.
Robert was born on March 19, 1958 in Tampa, to the parentage of Robert, Sr. and Lula Philon.
Preceding him in death are: his mother, Lula Philon and sis- ters, Paulette and Lillie.
Robert graduated from Bran- don High School in Hillsborough County in 1976. He was an em- ployee of Singleton where he re- tired in 2006. He moved on to work for GAF where he was em- ployed for 9 years.
Robert answered the Master’s call and ended his earthly jour- ney on November 4, 2016.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries of him: his wife, Fenella; children, Adrian, Sr., Derrika, David, Michael and Dayne; grandchildren, Adrian, Jr., Dek- eria, Deasia and JaBori; father, Robert Philon Sr.; siblings, Jean, Roashirley (Don), Alfred, Paul (Viveca) Anthony (Sonja); uncle, Bredell, Jr.; aunts, Leola Lee, Mamie Williams; nieces and nephews, Rodney (Aretha) Nikya, Metrice (Merence), Kyna, Marcus, Martin, Kanesha (Matt), Plykesia, Marquis (Sophina), Ashley, Annesia, Travis, Bryonka (Andre), Christina, Shenese; special friends, Wayne McPherson, Mike Lucas, Michael Franklin, Wayne Macado, Willie Burns, Kennedy O.; and an abundance of cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 5
– 8 P. M. and the family will re- ceive friends from 6– 7 P. M., on Friday November 11, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the church at approximately 10:45 A. M. Saturday.

MR. KELLY EVANDER STACY, JR.
Funeral services for Mr. Kelly Evander Stacy, Jr. will be held Saturday, November 12th, at 2 p. m. at the St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church, 2709 N. 25th Street, Tampa. The Pastor, Reverend Kirk R. Bogen, will officiate. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, Tampa.
Kelly Evander Stacy, Jr. was born on March 5, 1999, in Tampa, to the late Kelly Stacy, Sr. and Toni Collins-Slater. He was a stu- dent in the Young Adult Educa- tion program at Jefferson High School and recently landed his very first job with Smack Apparel.
At a young age, Kelly loved to draw and enjoyed being around family and friends.
Fond and loving memories will be cherished in the hearts of: mother, Toni Slater-Collins; grandmothers, Ella Hunter and Mae Stacy; grandfather, Tony Collins, Sr.; 4 brothers, Dontavi- ous Collins, Kevontae Stacy, T’Andre Stacy, and Kellton Stacy; 3 sisters, Desiree Key, Shanetika Anthony, and Kellisha Stacy; uncle, Tony Collins, Jr.; aunt, Ronetta Turner; and a host of lov- ing cousins, other relatives, and special friends, including Tatyana Jordan and Jaquavis Howard.

Man Dies In East Tampa House Fire

The body of a man was dis- covered inside a home during a fire. The fire occurred at 2903 N. 16th Street.
A spokesperson for Tampa Fire Rescue said when firefight- ers arrived at the home at ap- proximately 10:20 Wednesday morning, heavy smoke and flames were coming from the north side of the residence. Firefighters entered the single- story, wood frame home and began extinguishing the flames.
As firefighters fought to bring the blaze under control, others began searching the home. During the search, they discovered the man’s body.
Officials have identified the man as 44-year-old Rafael Sotto Gonzalez. Gonzalez lived at the residence.
The spokesman said when- ever there is a fire involving death, the Arson Task Force is automatically notified. The Task Force consists of repre- sentatives from the Tampa Fire Marshal’s Office, the Tampa Police Department, ATF, the State Fire Marshal’s Office, and the State Attorney’s Office.
The investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
