Second Man Charged With Murder Of 14-Year-Old Girl
   Police have arrested a sec- ond man in connection with the murder of a 14-year-old girl. He was charged with first- degree murder after the fact. The girl, identified as Nilexia Alexander, was found in the 100 block of W. Floribraska during the early hours of May 6th. She had been shot several times.
Last week, after diligent in- vestigation by Tampa Police detectives, an arrest warrant was obtained for 45-year-old Robert Quincey Creed, Jr. Creed was in the Pinellas County Jail on unrelated charges when he was arrested by the U. S. Marshals Task Force.

Nilexia was killed six months after Walker was re-
leased from prison.
Tampa Police said through
investigative techniques, de- tectives were able to tie Walker's vehicle to the vehi- cle that was in the area during the time of the murder.
Additionally, cellphone ev- idence placed the victim inside Walker's vehicle around the time of the murder.
A search warrant was exe- cuted on Walker's vehicle and evidence was sent to FDLE. Results from FDLE tested positive with the vic- tim's DNA. U. S. Marshals took Walker into custody.
The case remains under in- vestigation and anyone with additional information is asked to contact the Tampa Police Department.
