The series will take an in- tersectional approach to cele- brating the sneaker head community by exploring how it connects to racial, political, and gender identities, accord- ing to The Hollywood Re- porter. It will also explore how

Queen Latifah is report- edly engaged. According to a report from Radar Online, the industry powerhouse is plan- ning to seal the deal with her longtime girlfriend Eboni Nichols.
Nichols has also been spot- ted with a baby bump, lead- ing to the conclusion the couple is expecting their first child.

the years. She was first spotted with Nichols back in 2013 and have made numerous public
appearances, including the 2015 screening of Bessie in Los Angeles and 2016 U. S. Open.
In a 2017 interview with E! News, the pioneering Hip Hop artist said she was ready to set- tle down.
“I’m a little bit of a procras- tinator,” she said. “I had some things to deal with. I had to get a lot of partying out of my sys- tem early in life for about 40 years. You know what I’m say- ing. I’m good now. I think I’m ready.”

Netflix Pulls The Plug On ‘Luke Cage’, No Season 3 For Marvel’s Harlem Herom
Hip-Hop Infused Album
“Unfortunately, Marvel’s Luke Cage will not return for a third season,” Marvel and the streaming service said on Friday. “Everyone at Marvel Television and Netflix is grateful to the dedicated showrunner, writers, cast and crew who brought Harlem’s Hero to life for the past two seasons, and to all the fans who have supported the se- ries.”
This axing of Luke Cage came as a surprise.
A writers’ room under showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker had been working for around six months producing scripts and taking notes from Netflix and Marvel. As actors including lead Mike Colter remained under contract, a formal Season 3 order was considered almost a foregone conclusion by all concerned.
Is Coming This Fall
Solange’s return to music is coming sooner than you think. In a recent interview with The New York Times, the singer-songwriter updated fans about her next studio album and shared what sounds we can expect to hear from her. According to Solange, the album will arrive sometime this fall, although she wasn’t willing to give the project a concrete due date. “[It will] likely arrive into the world fully formed at some mysterious and unexpected moment,” she told the Times.
As for Solo’s creative process, the singer reportedly recorded the album in a hand- ful of different locations, in- cluding New Orleans, Jamaica, and California’s Topanga Canyon. And its sound may be just as diverse as the places she recorded in. “There is a lot of jazz at the core,” she contin- ued. “But with electronic and

The untiled LP will serve as a follow up to Solange’s suc- cessful 2016 project, A Seat at the Table. The album received critical acclaim and peaked at number one on the Billboard 200. It also earned her a Grammy for Best R&B Per- formance for her single “Cranes in the Sky.”
