Former Buc Head Coach Williamson Dies
Former Tampa Bay Bucca- neers Head Coach Richard Williamson has passed away at the age of 74.
Williamson spent 27 years coaching in the NFL and an- other 18 tutoring players on the collegiate level. He became the fourth head coach in Bucca- neers franchise history on De- cember 3, 1990, remaining in that position for the remainder of the 1990 season and all of 1991. Williamson's final coaching stop was his longest one, as he was an assistant for the Carolina Panthers from 1995-2009. The Panthers' team

Bucs 1 Game Behind NFC South Leaders After Week 2
Three of the four NFC South teams won in Week Two, with the only loss coming at the hands of an intra-division op- ponent. The Buccaneers win in New Orleans allowed Tampa Bay to keep pace with Atlanta and Carolina.
The Falcons and Panthers are two of the five 2-0 teams in the NFC, with the Bucs a game behind and the Saints still looking for their first win.
The bigger news out of New Orleans is that Hall of Fame- bound QB Drew Brees has a shoulder injury, but there are conflicting reports as to how much time, if any, it will keep
him out of the lineup.
The Bucs head to Hous- ton in a matchup against the winless Texans. Game time is 1 P.M.
UF QB Harris Suspended Again
Treon Harris
Two University of Florida players who made pivotal con- tributions last year in a victory at Tennessee won’t be around for the rematch.
The Gators suspended quar- terback Treon Harris and cornerback Jalen Tabor for their game Saturday against the Volunteers.
Coach Jim McElwain an- nounced the suspensions fol- lowing practice Wednesday, saying Harris and Tabor made “choices.”
Harris and Tabor, both sophomores, were suspended one game for failing a drug test (Harris); and refusing to take a drug test (Tabor). They are the fourth and fifth Florida players suspended this season. This marks the second time in less than a year Harris has en- countered an off-field issue of some sort. The sophomore sig- nal-caller was on indefinite suspension in October 2014 be- cause of a sexual assault allega- tion, though Harris was reinstated four days later after his accuser withdrew her com- plaint.
Bucs Travel To Houston To Face The Texans
Coming off their first 2015 win on the road in New Or- leans, this Sunday the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will hit the road again, this time heading to Houston to face the Texans at NRG Stadium.
The Texans are winless so far this season, but they do have last year’s NFL defensive player of the year, J.J. Watt.
The Texans lead the Bucs 2- 1 in their regular season series and their last meeting was a 37-9 Buccaneer loss in Hous- ton.
Buccaneer head coach, Lovie Smith is happy with the team’s performance last week, but points out there are two areas that need improve- ment, and they are discipline and red-zone defense. The Bucs lead the NFC with 23 penalties and opponents have scored touchdowns on each of their seven drives inside the Bucs 20-yard-line.

Ryan Mallet will be taking snaps for the Texans, and a poised Jameis Winston will be under center for the Bucs.
After two games, the Bucs are ranked 8th in total de- fense, 6th in passing defense, and tied for 6th in sacks.
Sunday’s contest will have a 1 p. m. kickoff and can be seen on Fox TV.
