  Mama Jones’ House Burns Down In Christmas Day Fire
 Jim Jones is reflecting on his blessings following a Christmas Day fire at his mother’s house. Jones posted a video from the after- math of the blaze on Insta- gram on Monday (Dec. 25), with firefighters still at the home, located in Englewood, N.J.

Yet even with a seemingly terrible start to the Christmas holiday, the 41-year-old rap- per was able to find the bright side to the situation. “We can always buy new houses, new cars, new [everything], but we can’t buy a new family,” he wrote on Instagram.

 Former Rutgers University professor Kevin Allred has created an online course that focuses on Beyoncé.
“Politicizing Beyoncé” an- alyzes Black feminists, as well as “intersectionality and the crossroads of race, gender, and sexuality.”
Although Allred was fired from Rutgers because of his views on the 2016 election, he has continued to teach the course on other campuses worldwide and has even taken it online.
