RAY WILLIAMS
DEACON LEROY STENSON
Deacon Leroy Stenson of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away Sunday, Decem- ber 24, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 30th at 2 p. m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 E. 25th Avenue, with Pastor Dwight A. Newkirk, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Deacon Leroy Stenson was a resident of Orlando, Florida and a graduate of Sun City High School. Deacon Stenson was employed by TECO, where he retired as a Foreman in 1980.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Georgetter Koon Stenson; father, Melvin Lynn Stenson, Sr.; daughter, Margaret Stenson; son, Darrell Stenson; sister, Ada Scott; and brothers, Oliver Stenson, Alvin Stenson and Melvin Lynn Sten- son, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Marie Atisme Stenson; daughters, Shirley Stenson, Sandra Stenson Hartsfield (Kenneth) and Jacqueline Stenson; step-chil- dren, Obnes Latique, Obnika Latigue, Elcie Verly, Louna Verly, Marie Charles, Patride Charles, Benita Georges, Pierre Barthelemy, and Denise Leandre; siblings, Rudolph Stenson, Sylvester Stenson, and Lula Stenson; grandchil- dren, Shelton Scott, Sr., Kevin James (Valerie), DeMario Williams, Margaret Stenson, Fatura Crawford (Ashley), An- tonio Brown, Sr. (Noreishia), Dontell Polite, Sr., Cory Walker, Jacci Allen (Chris- tine), Jasmine Hammond and Javon Hammond; and a host of great-grands, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, December 29th at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MR. FREDRICK D. WALKER
Mr. Fredrick D. Walker of Tampa, passed away, Saturday, December 23, 2017. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, December 30th at 2 p. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Fredrick Donnell Walker was born May 25, 1959, to the union of Edward and Mary Walker. He was a native and life- long resident of Tampa, FL. To know Freddie was to love him. He was tragically called home to be with our Lord on December 23, 2017 in a one vehicle accident.
Fredrick was preceded in death by: his father, Edward Walker.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: a loving and devoted mother, Mary Leona Walker; one daugh- ter, Nikisha and husband, R. Patrick Roberts, Jr.; three grand- children, Romeo, Sharai and Ana- iah, all of Brandon, FL; one sister, Cynthia Diane (Alonzo) Brown of Fort Washington, MD; and two brothers, Larry (Tara) and Ty- rone (Michelle) Walker of Tampa, FL; three nephews, Alonzo (An- toinette) of Montgomery, AL, Dwayne Brown of Clinton, MD and Larry Walker, Jr.; three nieces, Latoya (Melvin) Teartt of Riverview, FL, Quinci Walker of Tampa, and LaKia (Kevey) Shel- ton of Atlanta, GA; and a host of great nieces and nephews; two uncles, Willie Walker, Jr. of Or- lando, FL and Albert (Owedia) Walker of Tampa; four aunts, Mrs. Althalene Perry of Vienna, GA, Mrs. Carrie (William) Grace of Byron, GA, Mrs. Mattie Smith of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Ms. Barbara Walker; and a company of sorrowing cousins and dear friends.
Mrs. Mary Walker will receive family and friends at her home, from6to8p.m.at3018E.Fern St., Tampa, FL 33610, in lieu of a traditional wake service.
Public viewing will be held on Saturday, December 30, at 1 p. m. (one hour prior to the funeral service) at the church.

DEACON CLIFFORD HARRIS, JR.
Homegoing celebration for Deacon Clifford Harris, Jr., who passed away on December 18, 2017, will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2017, at 11 a. m. at St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church, 3708 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. W. D. Sims, officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Army Honor Guards. He will be interred at the Florida Na- tional Cemetery, Bushnell, FL on Tuesday January 2, 2018.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clifford Harris, Sr. and Murtis Crawford Harris; 2 sons, Larry Jones and Timothy Harris.
Deacon Harris leaves to cher- ish fond memories of him with: 4 children, Lecinda Harris (Vince), Floyd Harris and wife, Shelia, Tommy Harris and wife, Stephanie and Trent Harris and wife, Janie; 20 grandchildren in- cluding, Carlotta Eberhart, Cedricka Eberhart, Lecinda Eberthart, Trent Harris, Jr., Kat- urah Shipp, Jamell Harris, Jatell Harris, Trentnica Harris, Larry Harris, Jarrial Harris, Shelia Harris, Henry Cinfuentes, Trentavia Harris, Aaliyah Harris, Timothy Harris, Cassandra Har- ris and Nathiel Harris; 44 great grandchildren; sisters, Ruby Williams, Verdell Vickers and JoAnn Harris; brother, Willie C. Harris and wife, Irene; uncle, Abraham Harris (age 99); aunt, Bessie Harris Park (age (94); sev- eral nieces, nephews, cousins and other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Deacon Clifford Harris, Jr. was born on March 28, 1934 in Griffin, Georgia, to the parentage of Clifford Harris, Sr. and Murtis Crawford Harris. The family moved to Tampa in 1941 and he attended the schools in Hillsbor- ough County School System and graduated from Middleton Senior High School, Class of 1953.
After graduation he enlisted in the U. S. Army and was honor- ably discharged. He was an em- ployee of Lykes Brothers Meat Packing Plant for many years. He retired after 41 years of service. Deacon Harris became a member of St. Matthew Missionary Baptist Church. He was a Deacon and served as Chairman of the Dea- con’s Ministry. He also was a member of the #2 Ushers Min- istry, sang with the Jubilee Singers, the Men’s Chorus and he also taught Sunday School classes. Deacon Harris was crowned King of St. Matthew for the year 2002-2003.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, December 29, 2017 from 5-7 p.m. with the family present at St. Matthew M.B. Church. Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at approxi- mately 10:45 a.m. for the service.

MR. ALBERT ‘SONNY BOY’ BURNEY
Mr. Albert Burney (Sonny Boy), 87, returned to his Heavenly home on December 21, 2017 after a battle with a lengthy illness. His devotion to his family and his be- lief in God supported him in his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, December 30,2017at2p.m.atCityOf Restoration, 2802 State Road 60, Valrico, FL, Apostle O’Neal Salmon, with Elder Larry Cook, officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the United States Air Force Honor Guards. Inter- ment will be held in Sarasota Na- tional Cemetery, Sarasota, FL on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 2 p. m.
Albert leaves to mourn his passing with: his loving and de- voted wife of 59 years, Bessie Har- ris Burney; eight children - sons, David (Alison) Burney, Valrico, FL, Romano (Telicia) Burney, Tampa, FL and Ronald (Lexie) Burney, Ft. Myers, FL; his daugh- ters, Carolyn (Elder Nathaniel) Partin, Brandon, FL, Donna (Ivor, Jr.) Butcher, Lehigh Acres, FL, Angela (Alan) Worlds of Lehigh Acres, FL, Leslie (Jean) Bonami of Riverview, FL, Grace (Roshawn) Stephens of Tampa; his thirty-two grandchildren; twenty-one great- grandchildren and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Albert was born to the late David Burney and Willie Mae Gaithers in Cleveland, Ohio on September 3, 1931. He was drafted into the United States Army and served two years and then he en- listed in the United States Air Force where he served twenty years and retired.
He received his Bachelor’s De- gree in Finance from St. Leo Col- lege and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the Univer- sity of South Florida. Later, he re- tired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office with twenty-two years of service.
Albert was blessed with a large and loving family. He married his childhood sweetheart Bessie Har- ris, on January 12, 1958 in Craw- fordville, FL. To this union eight children were born. He was a kind and soft-spoken man. He enjoyed working in his garden, fishing, and was a devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate the fact that he is at peace.
There will be a visitation on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Wil- son Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, from 5-8 p. m. with the family present from 7-8 p. m.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 1:45 p. m. for the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Lifepath Hospice.

SISTER WILLIE MAE KELLY
The Homegoing Celebra- tion for Sister Willie Mae Kelly will be held on Saturday, De- cember 30, 2017 at 10 a. m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 Bishop Eddie Newkirk Way, Tampa, Florida, Senior-Pastor Dwight Newkirk, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Sister Willie Mae Kelly, af- fectionately known as “Madear,” was born May 19, 1937 to the late Willie and Ozzie Bell Green in Colquitt, Georgia. In the 1950s she moved with her parents to Quincy, FL. There, she met and married the love of her life, Robert Kelly and to this union four children were born. They later moved to Tampa, Florida, where they made their home. Willie Mae and Robert joined Northside M. B. Church and served there until his untimely demise. She later became a faithful mem- ber of St. John Cathedral.
She was also preceded in death by: her eldest son, Robert Kelly, Jr.; brother, Isa- iah Green; and sisters, Luella Wilford and Mary Cooper.
Willie Mae finally found her spot, in the same pew on the east side of the sanctuary every Sunday morning. She was a quiet, reserved lady, who loved her church, enjoyed the simple things in life and had a great passion for fishing.
On Friday, December 22, 2017, Willie Mae slipped away home to be with the Lord, as quietly as she lived.
She leaves to cherish pre- cious memories with: a loving and devoted son, Elder Charles (Debbie) Minor, Sr.; daughters, Patricia (Freder- ick) Randolph and Mary Ann Kelly; grandchildren, Virgil, Trebora, Niara, Jalia, Charles, Jr., and Jasmine; twelve great- grands; sisters, Pastor Maylis Harrison of Quincy, Yvonne (George) Holiday of Tallahas- see, Bertha McEntyre of Bain- bridge, Georgia, and Annie (Floyd) Wallace of West Point, Georgia; sisters-in-law, Hattie Grier, Ollie Kelly, Mollie Kelly, and Earnestine Kelly; broth- ers-in-law, John (Vera) Kelly of Quincy, Leroy (Betty) Kelly of Colorado and Felix Kelly; and a host of sorrowing nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
