MIN. DARLA (DOLLY) RUTH MCCLOUD WATSON
Min. Darla (Dolly) Ruth Mc- Cloud Watson, of Tampa, Florida, born on April 8, 1956 in Bradenton, Florida, to the late Josephine Mc- Cloud and the late Palestine Mc- Cloud, passed away at age 62 on May 25, 2018.
In 1965, she was among the first African-Americans to integrate Pal- metto Elementary School. After graduation from Palmetto High School in 1974, Darla was granted a scholarship to attend Harvard Uni- versity. Although accepted for en- rollment at Harvard, she elected to stay close to her ailing grandmother and attended the University of South Florida, where she was initiated into the Zeta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Darla began her business career early by delivering the Florida Sen- tinel Bulletin newspaper throughout Manatee County from 8 years of age until graduating High School. She was an Accounts Receivable Repre- sentative in the Consumer Services and Financial industry until retiring in 2014.
Darla was married to Rev. Frank Watson, Jr. for 40 years.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Wilma Jean McCloud; grandmother, Darthula Dean; grandfather, Joe Dean, mother-in- law, Ollie Mae Watson; father-in- law, Frank Watson; and sister-in-law, Madeline McCloud.
Darla is survived by her son, Frank D. Watson; daughter, Lakisha Watson Harris, son-in-law, Alexan- der Grayson Harris, III; brothers, James E. McCloud, Joseph Edward McCloud, and Willis Earl McCloud; aunts, Arie (Ora) Lee Ragler and Kayersia Tillman; brothers-in-law, Victor Watson and Vernon Watson; and sisters-in-law, Renee Watson, Debora DeLeon McCloud, and Tanya McCloud; grandchild, Alexander Grayson Harris, IV; and friends, Lakethie Swicord and Zykiria Sin- gleton; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
She was a founder, circa 1996, alongside her husband, of Life Changing Bible Church in Tampa. Her firm roots in the church were nurtured since childhood at St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Pal- metto, Florida.
Friends and family visitation Wake will be on Friday, June 15 from 7:30 to 8:30 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 North Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33606.
A Homegoing Service will take place, officiated by Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, on Saturday, June16from2to3:30p.m.atSt. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 Chipco Street, Tampa, Florida, 33605. The burial will fol- low at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, Florida, 33610.

MRS. FLORINE E. HOWARD
Homegoing Services for Mrs. Florine E. Howard of Tampa, who passed away on Monday, June 4, 2018, will be held on Saturday, June 16th at 11 a. m. at Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Ave., Dr. Mark Jones, Sr., Pastor, with Rev. Antonio Hawkins, Presiding; and Minister Ebou Howard, Eulo- gist. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Pastor Florine E. Howard was a native of Hardeeville, SC and after relocating to Tampa, FL, she graduated from Howard W. Blake High School. Florine retired after 28 years of dedicated employment with the School District of Hills- borough County and attended New Life Restoration Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Elgin Franklin.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Louise Graham, Daniel Pinckney, Sr., Geraldine Wilson and Rubie Dixon Daniels; brothers, Daniel Pinckney, Jr., William Daniels and John Daniels; and sisters, Portia Pinckney Ala- harizim, and Hilda Daniels.

MR. DENNIS C. SIMPSON
Mr. Dennis C. Simpson of Dover, Florida, passed away Monday, June 11, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 16 at 2 p. m. at Calvary Tabernacle Church, 10930 US HWY 301, Thonotosassa, FL, with Pastor Robert Tisdale, offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Mr. Dennis C. Simpson was a na- tive and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Tampa Bay Tech High School, Class of 1981. He was also a graduate of the Uni- versity of South Florida. Mr. Simp- son was a member of Calvary Tabernacle Church. He was em- ployed as a Financial Analyst at Johnson Controls.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his wife, Renee Simpson; and sons, Michael and Marcus Simpson; parents, Roger and Mary Simpson; siblings, Pastor Donnie Simpson, Delphine Campbell, Deborah Buchanan and Reverend Roger Simpson; and a host of relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, June 15, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

Mrs. Victoria H. Gallon passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 8, 2018. Mrs. Victoria H. Gallon was born on October 13, 1964 in Apopka, Florida, to the parentage of Raymond H. Henderson, Sr. and Florida B. Henderson. She was a resident of Tampa for over 45 years.
Mrs. Gallon was employed with the City of Tampa Water Depart- ment as a Customer Service Repre- sentative for over 20 years.
Victoria met the love of her life 40 years ago, Carl L. Gallon, Sr. To this union they were blessed with 2 children, Brandon, Austin and 2 granddaughters.
Mrs. Victoria H. Gallon was a faithful member of New Testament Church in Thonotosassa, Florida under the leadership of Pastor Al Gallon.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day,June15,2018from5–8p.m., with the family present to receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000N.29thStreetfrom7–8p.m.
