Thoughts held long enough and repeated often enough become beliefs. Beliefs becomes a solid set of neuro wiring in your brain.
Throughout this book you have been asked to shift your beliefs and intentionally change and reshape your neuro- biology. We have invited you to do this in multiple ways, though logical examination, re-framing, anthropomorphizing, Focal Point Meditations, Tapping, and even diet and sleep.
A personal mantra is an intentional phrase or word crafted to embed a new positive belief. For all my techy friends, crafting a personal mantra that get results is just like writing and inserting a new line of code into a program. Written skillfully, it is often beautiful in its simplicity, and when inserted correctly, it dramatically impacts the outcome. Mantras are like inserting a line of code into your brain.
A mantra is not difficult to craft, but to create a mantra that is powerful and effective, is a science and an art.
I am going to walk you through the creation of your own mantra to help you manage anxiety and end panic attacks. This process can also be used to help you craft a new you, and become almost anything you really want to be. Adopting this skill can be a life changer on so many fronts!
Once we have crafted your mantra, I will walk you through the best practices to enable it to be part of how you create change in your life. Neither creating the personal mantra or implementing it, is difficult.
