HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
Use this simple formula:
“I AM ’A (and) B’ and ‘C’ . So using my that formula my mantra might be:
‘I AM love and worthy.’
‘I AM proud, confident and secure.’
In your best handwriting, and in big letters, write out your per- sonal mantra here:
Your personal mantra is your quick and easy go-to – something you should memorize and make a habit. Say it often, say it loud, say it in your head, write it down, and chant it in the shower every morning! Say it in front of the mirror and share it with your pet! Notice how it makes you feel and relish in the positive sensations. Make this mantra a habit and your auto- matic go-to expletive!
It is really important that your mantra contains truth. “I am totally chill at all times,” is not true for any of us. Yet for almost everyone “I am chill” is true at times in our life, no matter how fleeting they may be. The game plan here is to magnify this truth by paying attention to it (IRR), and doing so in a way that it begins to engrain itself into our brain, becoming our new biology.
Now you have your basic personal mantra. Let’s expand that mantra to be more directive and encompassing.
