HOW TO MANAGE ANXIETY & END PANIC ATTACKS
An easy way to avoid over eating and getting a good balance of foods that will work with each other to be nourishment, as opposed to be unhealthy weight gain, is to ensure at every meal you eat a balanced portion of protein, vegetables and good carbohydrates. A ready guide can be based on your hand size. A handful of protein, a handful of good carbohydrates and two handfuls of vegetables. For a lighter mean or snack, just retain these proportions of 1:1:2.
The following table will give you a good idea of what to eat and what to avoid. Copy it and post it in your kitchen as a reminder.
Take this list with you to the grocery store and stock up on the good stuff and avoiding the bad stuff.
Keep in mind that there are guidelines for most food and nutrients, and don’t exceed daily recommendations. You will find these guidelines listed on the outside of any reputable nutritional supplement.
