   CAREER, EMPLOYMENT & JOB PLACEMENT
▶ CAREER EXPLORATION
This program provides in depth MCC program information prompting Workforce Development training programs. The model fulfills PATH (Partnership. Accountability. Training. Hope) participant hours requirement for job search.
PROGRAM LENGTH: 20 Hours
▶ FAST TRACK
Pre-employment training program focusing on employability skills including: resume writing, interview skills, and the necessary skills needed to be successful in training and employment. Training is customizable based on employer or training needs.
PROGRAM LENGTH: 2 weeks
▶ APPRENTICESHIPS
The employer sponsored Apprenticeship Program is designed for those who have the desire and ambition to achieve higher goals. It prepares individuals to become certified Skilled Tradespersons. The Apprentice Program pays while you learn and, upon completion, provides a way for newly graduated journeypersons to achieve higher pay, greater job satisfaction and even point the way to additional career opportunities.
Placement in apprenticeship programs is at the discretion of employers, MCC does not place students into apprenticeships. Completing courses at MCC can improve the chances of getting an apprenticeship.
