▶ REGIONAL TALENT INITIATIVES
The Regional Talent Initiatives area of the college provides labor market data and investigates and “incubates” emerging technologies expected to impact college programming. It also supports the region’s economic development efforts and develops strategic partnerships with business/industry and key education partners. The department hosts job fairs and is operating the Michigan Industry Cluster Approach 2.0 (MICA 2.0) and Rapid Response Initiative.

The MCC FABLAB promotes innovation and entrepreneurship. It is the place where you can use digital technologies to move ideas to products. The lab is designed to support creativity and innovation and provides access to sophisticated equipment at a reasonable cost. It is focused on the use of digital technologies that drive the future of product development.
