Dr. Tierini Hodges-Murad is a Certified Life Strategist, Author, Consultant, Professional Speaker,
and Educator. After spending 15 years in the higher education industry, Dr. Tierini reinvented her passion for
education, encouragement, and empowerment to create a successful company (Dr. Tierini Enterprises LLC.) that
provides coaching and consulting services to individuals, institutions, and companies. An expert at teaching
others how to Level Up! Dr. Tierini provides the strategies that help individuals and companies to gain the
clarity, direction, and momentum to reach their next level of success. Her book, "Level Up! Living on the Levels
God Intended" applies biblical principles to help readers navigate the life battles that often stand between where
they are and the level where they would like to be. She is the creator of the Level Up YOUniversity, which
includes the Level Up! Blueprint and the Balanced Superwoman System. As a life strategist, she is known for
being a safe space where Superwomen can take off her cape and aids high achieving, high profile women to
alleviate stress, become unstuck, and shift from busy to being productive.

Jondahlyn Holston is a Midwest native. She received a B.A. in English Education & Speech Communications
from Christopher Newport University. Jondahlyn is the proud mother of two amazing children, Darrick (24) and Selah
(13). A strong advocate for Anti-Violence, Jondahlyn serves as president for Transitions Family Violence Services, a
nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating domestic violence in Virginia. Since 1977 Transitions is the sole provider
of comprehensive services to adult and child victims of domestic violence. As a community activist, Jondahlyn is actively
involved in numerous community service programs, groups and initiatives. She is the Co-Founder of the popular Mom
and Me Diamond Nuggets weekly Facebook Live program featuring conversations on life’s perspectives from both the
heart of an adult and child and co-hosts this show with her daughter, Selah Holston. She also serves as the Executive
Director for her daughter’s nonprofit, Selah’s Diamonds. Selah’s Diamonds Mission is to build confidence and self-
esteem among young girls by creating opportunities for creativity, education, and social awareness resulting in increased
self-worth. Jondahlyn recently released her first book, When the Soul Cries!!! which exposes the souls of women who
have endured and overcome tremendous amounts of pain, disappointment, and betrayal. BE ENERGIZED,
