Our Process/Pass Thru




                               • MAE team will be responsible for all on-site coordination and event production management and execution.
                               • If applicable  team will oversee any exhibit set-up, on site training and or briefing day of event .
                               • Hire necessary production vendors and brief volunteers/ambassadors
                               • MAE to communicate with NMAAHC staff  on-going to address additional questions that come up  and identify
               Staffing          changes, etc.
                               • Secure vendor to order iPads or other devices to sign up potential new NMAAHC  members.








                               • Receive key message points  to incorporate in  venue staff and volunteer  documents.
                               • MAE will provide in-person training to staff and ambassador(s) scheduled to participate per market.
              Training         • Create event mobile Flipbook from NMAAHC  tool kit  to include per venue ROS, scripts, ecy floor plan/emergency
                                 access,  logistics, credential, schedule, set-up/dismantle times, etc.






                               • Target venues with in-house AV, secure venue  kits, catering, security,  ticketing options if applicable.
                               • Liaison and leverage  venue event staff to support activation.

            Production         • Secure information for full venue capabilities  to determine additional supply rentals/purchases (i.e., lighting, design,
                                 pipe and drape, etc.).
