1:00 p.m. Greeters in place
Greeters set up Pop-Up shot for Flat Outs; confirm look of confirmations as
each person enters registration area
Put out shoes by size
Familiarize with confirmation email format
Set up Sisters banner ups

2:00 p.m. “Flat Out Distribution presented by AARP – Registration Area Open
Two Greeters: Asks each person for confirmation email and shoe size, directs them to
location to pick up shoes
Rest of Greeters: Work the distribution tables – two greeters by size; hands out one
pair of shoes – only one pair per person

4:30 p.m. Flat Out Distribution Ends – team sets up for activation on Friday, June 28,
2019
