                                                      Overview




           The Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. South Atlantic

           Region is hosting its 2019 Leadership Conference


           in Nashville, TN June 27-30, 2019.                                            The theme


           “Exemplifying Excellence in Sustainable Service” will

           reach over 7,000 college-educated, affluent African


           American women.





           The Regional Conference will deliver solutions


           designed              to       improve              conditions               in       African-

           American communities and implement programs


           that yield lasting positive results. The AKA mission

           mirrors the goals of AARP events marketing and


           philanthropic priorities.
