Please stop by AARP’s “Pop Up” booth today (outside of Tennessee Ballroom DE), June
27th between 2:00PM and 4:30PM to learn more about the valuable programs and

special gift…ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
1:00 p.m. Greeters in place
• Greeters set up Pop-Up shot for Flat Outs; confirm look of confirmations as
each person enters registration area
• Put out shoes by size
• Alisa, Dedra, team and/or Jennifer to manage check in verification via online
CVENT using IPAD Check-In Registration section
• Set up Sisters banner ups
2:00 p.m. “Flat Out Distribution presented by AARP – Registration Area Open
• Two Greeters: Asks each person for their name and shoe size, directs them
to location to pick up shoes
• Rest of Greeters: Work the distribution tables – two greeters by size; hands
out one pair of shoes – only one pair per person
4:30 p.m. Flat Out Distribution Ends – team sets up for activation on Friday, June 28,
2019
