A final and equally important use for the Figure Eight Follow-Through is for tying the rope around
trees, horns, boulders, and other loopable protuberances. In this capacity, the knot is again without
equal.
When you tie the Figure Eight Follow-Through, make certain you leave a long tail, and finish this with
a Double Fisherman's.
