APRIL 2020 Teagan Tran
Class of 2022
Teagan is content with working behind the scenes and letting her actions speak for themselves. Teagan and her family alone have made over 500 masks that were donated to LA, OC, and Hawaii, exemplifying her initiative, kindness, and willingness to donate her valuable time to give back to the community
she grew up in. Her dedication to her community is seen as the An Lanh clinic liaison and coordinator. She is able to bring familiarity that put the patients at ease. Teagan is truly a selfless giver; to her patients, students whom she TAs and her classmates. She has an energetic, funny, and positive presence. She will go out of her way to engage in conversations to brighten people’s day.
MAY 2020 Bhavdeep Singh
Class of 2023
As the Curriculum Representative, Bhavdeep has consistently helped students navigate the curriculum and has especially gone above and beyond since we moved to fully remote learning. He is the glue that has kept our class together this year and most importantly these past few months. He fields countless
questions daily regarding our curriculum and somehow always stays on top of everyone’s concerns in a responsive, kind, and understanding, manner. He never asks for anything in return, despite selflessly doing so much for everyone and always having a calming demeanor to help those who are stressed out (which in the times of COVID-19, is everyone).
