B.Y. Smith is the author of Sanctified Freak, a new novel
released in May, 2017. This is her first release, but only the
beginning of what God has for her to do through literature.

It’s been an awesome journey through life to this point of
being a published author. As I look back, I realize that all it
took was a step forward with help and inspiration from God
and my family.

She is a minister of the Gospel, mother of four, and
grandmother (GG) of one. She writes about real issues in
life. She also writes lyrics for music to glorify God and inspire
the soul. As she ministers to the broken hearted, she does so with a loving, no
sugarcoated message. Her love for God and His truths allow her to be transparent,
trusting that the messages that God gives her will lead the lost to God.

As you read my book, I pray you are encouraged and inspired to also just take one step
at a time toward the plan God has for your life. You can’t go anywhere if you don’t start
moving!
