Many thanks Corinna for this notification of revised details of this application, now reduced to 35
dwellings comprising: 28 houses + 3 x 1 bed flats + 4 x 2 bed flats.

Being more than 3 months since the original request, KCC have reviewed the request in line with current
contribution rates and indexation, and we enclose a revised KCC request summary for the amended 35 unit
scheme.

Please do advise if you require anything further. We are copying this to Andrew Wilford's office so they are
aware.
