i) Connection to existing foul water sewer to be made as soon as practicable on commencement of the
development to provide a FW outfall, which in turn can be used for site welfare use.

ii) the soakaways and infiltration basin are to be installed as soon as practicable, following additional
testing to determine actual infiltration rates to inform the final design.

iii) Catchpit manholes will be installed early to provide the means to control the build up of silt. The
catchpits will be monitored monthly and emptied as required.

iv) Permeable subbase to roads and parking areas to be protected during construction with a layer of
75mm AC20 dense binder course.

v) Nearing completion of the development, the aforementioned binder course is to be core‐drilled on a
750x750mm grid using 75mm dia holes, filled with bedding aggregate and then immediately overlaid
with the final permeable surfacing.
