1 Solutions First Initial enquiry Create an account on Click if one
Coordinator does not already exist. Add a memo
to explain the enquiry.
2 Solutions Send 'Thankyou for your enquiry' Identify the next steps & detail
Coordinator email to customer. these in your email to the
customer.
3 Solutions Does a CAD drawing need to be done? Email the customer a template
Coordinator If so, a deposit must be taken of which should be saved as a
£1000.00 for the drawing which is signature - This will detail what is
refundable upon payment of order. going to happen next.
If not, refer to step 6 If the enquiry is for a single item/
extraction the customer does not
Once payment has been made, need to pay the deposit.

4 Designer A drawing needs to be done on CAD This must include the revision
by the Designer along with a Cater- number for each amendment

only be given on a A4 format (Scale
to fit).
Any changes to the drawing must
be discussed with the client & and
recorded in Memos.
5 Solutions Quotation to be added onto the Items should be numbered as per
Coordinator system to correspond with the the drawing. Don’t forget to add
drawing. additional extras eg, Gas Hoses ,
Softners etc.
Each revision number must be
detailed on the saved quote.
Quote must state 'All relevant
parts muct be within 1 meter of
suitable existing services'
