15 Solutions An order itinery must be printed with

least 1 week prior to delivery. This
must be clearly marked & it is the

15a Solutions The van must be loaded the night
Coordinator before installation the Solutions
Coordinator is required to get a copy
of the load sheet to confirm all the
relevant equipment is on the van
ready for delivery.
16 Solutions A box file must be obtained and This must include:

equipment (Use the sterile wipes in
pack)

Full handover with training.

Produce a snagging list.
The Engineer must advise the
solutions coordinator of this list prior
to leaving site

17 Solutions Courtesy call to be given to customer Go through snagging list if one has
Coordinator been produced and ask if there is
anything else you can help with.
18 Solutions Flowers/Gift and a good luck card
Coordinator would be nice to give to the client
upon whole completion This is the
finishing touch and the customer will
remember you
