CHECKLIST

Things to Look out for

* Card Address not the same as the Business Address

* Wanting Items delivered quickly with no concern of delivery cost
* Offering to collect
items
* Is the sale too easy - did they ask for discount?
* Splitting payment over a number of cards

* Repeat orders in a short space of time
* Delivery to a Flat or residential address
* Looking for fast food equipment of items that can be quickly moved on

* Accent does match
Name
* Not able to pronounce parts of address
* Is the customer being prompted by people in the back ground?
* Are they offering to meet the driver?

Things you must check on every order

* Have you spoken to the customer on a landline
* Google the address to ensure the business is where they say it is
* Can you find the business online
* Can you match details

* Distance between
cards?
* You must have 3 or more of the above ticked AND you must be able to link the card

address to the delivery address
If you are struggling to match the customer follow the below points
* Use companies House website to check the company is legitimate

* Check the website Domain through who is
* Ask customer for a driving licence/Passport
* Ask for a utility bill that will link them to the card and delivery address
