Procedure that must be followed with every Call/ Enquiry
• For every enquiry you receive you must take the following information;
• Customer name
• Business name
• Postcode
• Email Address
• Telephone number
• You must then add these details to sage, put a quote on the system & write in the memos
about the enquiry we have received & that you are dealing with the customer / quotation.
