THE WELCOME CENTER
                                          The Welcome Center offers one-on-one assistance with registering for
                                          classes, help accessing Web Advisor accounts, establishing residency,
                                          & answering general questions about the NVC campus and services.
                                           Location:  Student Services 1 Building, 1300, Lobby, (707) 256-7215





                                          ADMISSIONS & RECORDS

                                          Admissions and Records assists students with various issues related to
                                          their student record; such as transcripts, verifying enrollment at NVC,
                                          dropping a class, and graduation petitions.

          GENERAL COUNSELING

          Napa Valley College counselors provide comprehensive academic support, while recognizing the individual
          needs of students within a diverse population. Counselors work with students in assessing, planning, and
          achieving their immediate and long-range goals, as well as assisting students in developing self-knowledge,

          OFFICE OF STUDENT LIFE /ASNVC (Associated Students of Napa Valley College)

          The mission of Student Life/ASNVC is to support the development of the whole student by providing oppor-
          tunities to connect and learn from other students, faculty, and staff through serving in student government,
          being part of a campus club or committee, or attending an event or conference on campus. This office also
          issues student ID cards, offers assistance with local housing opportunities, has an emergency food pantry
          available for students who can’t afford meals during lunchtime, and provides charging stations for students’
          phones or other electronic devices.

           CASHIER OFFICE

           The Cashier Office staff assists students with their campus fee-related activities;
           such as tuition fees, parking fees, student ID card fees, and any college-related
           refunds.

           TRANSFER CENTER

           The Transfer Center offers students transfer assistance to UCs, CSUs, & Private colleges.  The staff offers ad-
           vising, educational planning, University representatives, & fieldtrips to local colleges.
