Merchandising Updates

o New "Sights of Wonder" publication will be included as part of the in-office materials offering during Q1
• This visually captivating piece will allow Essilor Experts practices to inspire and educate their patients,
while also offering lens solutions to their various visual needs.

o We will be sending out a merchandising survey via email in the coming weeks to Essilor Experts accounts that received
merchandising installation in 2016. This survey will be used to gather customer feedback to help guide development of the
next wave of in-office merchandising material. Please help us by asking your Essilor Experts customers with merchandising
currently installed to be on the lookout for this survey from "essilorexperts@saatchix.com"

o Merchandising scheduling calls and site visits have resumed following the break for the holidays.

o Please remember to capture / confirm the following information during the Initial Business Planning Meeting to
facilitate a smooth and positive merchandising experience for our customer

o Important scheduling information
• Dates/Times that tend to work well for calls and visits
• Dates/Times that tend to be inconvenient for calls and visits
• Record information in "Merchandising Notes" field of EE Opportunity in SFDC

o Confirm the merchandising contact under "Contact Roles" of the EE Opportunity in SFDC is accurate
• Confirm the individual and phone number are correct
• Ensure the listed merchandising contact can make decisions as to selection and placement of pieces
• Update in SFDC as needed
