Personal statement - Personal handling of sexual
        harassment and sexual violence cases
            as the head of the authority

11.I intend to declare zero tolerance for sexual harassment in the
  authority.

22.I will work to clarify any complaint of sexual harassment and/
  or threat to a group of women in the authority or any different
  attitude for women as such, I will direct those in charge of this
  matter to treat it with sensitivity and urgency, and I will personally
  intervene in complex cases.

33.I know that ˝false complaints˝ constitute a very small percentage
  of the complaints, about 1%, and that this true phenomenon is
  one of lack of reporting of sexual harassments. It is clear to me
  that in my position as head of an authority I will work according
  to this, I will listen to the voices of the silent weak and not only to
  the voices of those holding power and authority.

44.I undertake to ensure that a sexual harassment officer is appointed
  in the authority, who will be a worthy figure, free of extraneous
  considerations. I undertake to send her to training before her
  appointment and provide that she will be sent for refreshment
  learning on the subject every year. In addition, training will be
  conducted for all municipal employees and its agents on sexual
  harassment, its ramifications, meanings and ways to prevent it.

55.In the event of a complaint regarding the manner in which
  an officer in charge handles a case, I undertake to intervene
  personally in that case.
