Coinciding with the 250th anniversary of
Gianyar City, the bottled drinking water
product Be Gianyar Mineral Water,
produced by Perumda Tirta Sanjiwani
Drinking Water, was officially launched by
Gianyar Regent Made Mahayastra at
Taman Nusa Tourism Object, Banjar
Blahpane, Sidan Village on Monday
(19/4). The launch of Be Gianyar Mineral
Water was also coupled with the Gianyar Food Festival or GIFFEST event.

The launching of Be Gianyar Mineral Water and Giffest was attended by Deputy for
Processed Food Supervision of BPOM of the Republic of Indonesia Dra. Rita Endang.,
Apt., M.Kes. On that occasion, he submitted a distribution permit certificate or MD and
a Product Certificate for the Use of SNI Marks.

Chairman of the Committee I Gede Widarma Suharta said the AMDK factory, founded
purely from the brilliant idea of the Regent of Gianyar, is managed by Perumda Tirta
Sanjiwani Drinking Water, Gianyar Regency. This bottled water product, utilizes the
Paras Hemisphere spring, a spring that is purified by Krama Desa Adat Bukian, its
quality has been tested in the laboratory, and the water produced is categorized as
ready-to-drink water.

The process uses nanofiltration technology to adjust the taste and mineral
composition, so the taste will be different from similar products. The AMDK Production
Unit is also equipped with a separate Laboratory Unit, which is managed by competent
laboratory personnel, with guidance, guidance and supervision from the Denpasar
BPOM, so that the quality of the water produced can always be maintained.

In this GIFFES event, activities were carried out in the form of a food processing
competition made from moringa, which was attended by Job Training Institutions or
LPK throughout Gianyar Regency. The winner of the competition will receive a
Charter, Permanent Cup, and a Coaching Fund. Especially for the First Winner,
besides getting a permanent trophy, also getting the GIFFEST Gianyar Regent Trophy
in 2021, which is contested again every year, on the celebration of Gianyar City
Anniversary.
