Can the Tax Identification Name be changed when updating a W9?
        Yes. If an agent marries or divorces and wants to update their account, an updated W9 must be submitted, which
        includes the new name.

        For more information on submitting the W9, review the “Submitting the W9” section of this document.

        When does a participant start earning points?
        Once registered, a participant may begin earning points right away.

        Why didn’t the points assign for the policy?
        The policy may not qualify for the promotion.

        The policy may be a re-write.
        If points did not assign, be sure that the participant:

            •   Selected their name from the “Policy Input By” menu.
            •   Entered the promotion during the promotional period.
            •   Reviewed the “My Profile” section, made any necessary updates and submitted the information.
            •   Confirmed that the policy met the promotional criteria.

        For more information regarding assigning points, review the “Earn Points” section of this document.

        Can a participant see if they have received points for their policies?
        Yes! The participant should click on the EZ Rewardz tab, and go to “Promotions”. The progress for each promotion is
        listed in this section. By clicking on the promotion name, the participant may view a list of the policies for the specific
        promotion.

        How long does it take for qualifying policies to be added to the current promotion?
        Policies which qualify for current promotions are usually added to the participant’s account within three business days.

        How many days does it take the for the EZRewardZ card to arrive?
        Once the participant has passed IRS verification, earned at least 10,000 points and ordered the EZ RewardZ Card, it
        should arrive within seven to ten business days.

        What if the participant is unable to order the EZ RewardZ Card?
            •  Ensure that easystreet@kemper.com has received the W9
            •  Has their account been verified? They would have received an email advising that the verification process is
               complete.
            •  Have they accumulated at least 10,000 points?

        When should a participant call the number on the back of the EZ RewardZ Card?
        The participant should call the number on the back of the card when they want to create a Personal Identification
        Number (PIN) for the card or if they want to check the balance on the card.

        In which instances should a participant email easystreet@kemper.com with questions about the EZ

        RewardZ Card?
        A participant should send an email to easystreet@kemper.com when:
