I would be so lost and I would send her an
email and the next morning she would break
it down so well.
Ramya, what did you learn from Neha?
[Gupta: Probably patience?]
I like that she never gives up and she never
says no the first time. She is always willing to
try and that is a good quality to have. She’s
always open to learning new stuff. She doesn’t
get scared when she is exposed with
something new.
When she started in the lab, she didn’t have
much knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology
etc. etc. Everything was new to her. And I used
to give her those quizzes but she used to come in
prepared for it. She demonstrated a lot of
enthusiasm for learning new things so those
qualities will take her very far in any career that
she chooses to pursue. I think my kids should
emulate those things. She was a pleasure to work
with and I will miss her.
Gupta: Could we do one more data set?
Vijayakumar: Yeah sure, we can do that.
