Reserving an Apartment in MRI

Once an Application has been submitted online, you will proceed with the following:

 Click the Menu Button

 Residential Management

 Under Leasing, click on the Select a Prospect

 Search the applicant by entering their Last Name, First Name,

Phone Number and/or Email Address.

 Be sure all areas are filled in with accurate information.
 Enter any notes needed under Quick Actions (Appointment,
Follow Up, Phone Call, Sent Email, Show Unit, etc.)

 Once completed, click on the bottom right corner.
