 Click on “Last Name” to open Occupant Detail and verify or enter

any information needed. After verifying or entering information,

click Save.

 If applicant has a pet(s), click on Pets (Top Right Corner) and enter
Pet Information.

 In the Occupants tab, enter roommates/occupants information (if
applicable). Select “Detail” and enter all information. Then click .
.

 If roommate is over the age of 18 years old, they are to be listed as

Co-Resident.
 If there is a Guarantor, list as a Co-Resident.

 If they are under 18, they are to be listed as Other Resident.
