 Once selected, you will be prompted to log into your Resident Check.
 Do not click save/next on this page until the results are populated.

 Once results are received, click and verify fees.
 If applicant is approved, click and start lease file.

 If applicant is denied, click and cancel the move in on the

daily calendar right after clicking finish.
