Service Request Follow up in CallMax

               Service Request Follow Ups are required to be sent out at least weekly

               through CallMax. Templates are available in the SOP Manual. In order
               to launch these bulletins, please see below.


               In order for Lead Maintenance Technicians to be able to launch

               bulletins they must be set up to allow this function in CallMax.

                     In your Web Browser go to www.callmax.us and login with your

                       Callmax Credentials.
